It is kinda sucks when your boss thinks that they knows everything. They have more experience,though. So it's hard to just being ignorant. That's what i' m dealing now. Try to negotiating not only with the BOSS but also with myself.

i wish i could just quit too.. but it's hard for me to quit something that i started with. Hmph..
